Kevin Bacon is an urban designer in the Atlanta office of Perkins+Will. He is a certified planner who has also worked as an architect and holds master’s degrees for both disciplines from the Georgia Institute of Technology. His expertise in multiple disciplines and passion for the urban realm has enabled him to work on a wide variety of projects such as the Atlanta BeltLine Corridor Design and Subarea Planning, Connect Atlanta Comprehensive Transportation Plan, and Innovation Square at the University of Florida. With a background focused on transportation-based projects, he understands both the technical and qualitative challenges in maximizing the benefits transportation projects deliver to the cities they serve.
